To open a basket:
- Submit a $10 deposit via Cash App/Venmo and forward your full name, email address, and shipping details via direct message.
- The deposit is nonrefundable in the event of basket abandonment or order cancellation.
- Invoices for live sale purchases will be sent to your email and linked through PayPal within 24 hours after the live sale.
- You will have a 48-hour window to complete the payment.
- Failure to remit payment within 48 hours will result in the basket being classified as abandoned.

To claim an item:
- Enter with "Sold/Take/Mine/Claim" followed by the item number and/or letter(s), with the number representing the price.
- For example: Sold 5AA / Take 5A / Mine 5a / Claim 5aa

We kindly request that you refrain from requesting interruptions during the live sale to re-display or exchange claimed items. Due to high demand, we advise you to ensure that your claims reflect your genuine preferences. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate record of your total to keep track of your expenses. Kindly take a screenshot when confirmed as the winning claimer for your reference.

Should you encounter any payment issues, please contact us promptly to resolve the matter. If you wish to abandon your basket, kindly inform us so that we can offer the items to others. These abandoned items will be shared on our social media platforms and will be available for others to claim.
